What foods do you recommend to lose weight quickly?

i've always been thin, but this past month i have become a little flabby around the stomach (my holiday in spain may have had something to do with it!)I want to lose the flab quicky and get my flat stomach back, what foods do you recommend i should eat and how long should i do the diet for?Also, what foods should i definately avoid?Thanks

If you were skinny before and now slightly flabby its not the food, it's the exercise. Sart forcing some extra physical activity on yourself a few times a week
