What if I ..................?

what if i eat a small breakfast like a cucumber or something, a small lunch like one hot dog, and a medium supper like one piece of meat and twoo samll servings of vegetables. is to little food or do the amount of calories actually matter. I also plan to drink a lot of water.

Eating breakfast is more important than any meal. So if you are trying to eat little eat a bigger breakfast a salad for lunch and small meal of meat fro dinner
Yes that is too little food and not enough calories (which do matter a great deal). I'm not sure what your goal is, but a healty diet is a big breakfast, a good sized lunch, and dinner. Have lots of fruits and veggies and some protein and little fats. Drink a lot of water.
You need to eat more than that. Try something like this:Breakfast:
1.) 2 scrambled eggs w/slice of american cheese (or plain)
slice of whole wheat toast and a piece of fruitor 2.) a bowl of oatmeal and a piece of fruitLunch:
1.)turkey and cheese on wheat breador 2.) a salad with 2 tbsp dressing and some feta cheeseDinner:
1.) Chicken breast, veggies, and brown rice

or 2.)Turkey burger on a whole wheat bun and a saladFor snacks and stuff try fruit, veggies, or cheese. Maybe some nuts as long as you keep it to a serving. Drink 8 glasses of water.Hope this helps.
