What helps you not be lazy?

find something that motivates you.
when you are just sitting around think of something you could or should be doing and just make yourself get up and go do it.
Get into some sort of routine - and include exercise. Believe it or not, exercising actually gives you more energy. It's a bit difficult to get started, but eventually you'll realize that you have more energy, feel better, and will be more willing to do other things.Get plenty of sleep and eat healthy foods, as well. Drink a lot of water. Set goals and strive to attain them. That all goes in with the routine bit.
when I look at what a fat lazy slob my sister is, it makes me not want to be like her
a well balanced diet, exercise and plenty of sleep
